To whom it may concern:
I am young plant physiologist in cotton research Institute. Moreover, I have some project on cottonseed quality and biochemical compound especially against salinity and water stress. I am so keen on to participate in 6th Workshop on Molecular Aspects of Seed Dormancy and Germination. As you know the financial problems in Iran to support such a scientific event. At the moment we have to pay the registration charge and participating expenses. Although all charges are not supported from institutions in Iran, I decided to participate through personal income. Unfortunately the value of our national currency decreased more than 25%. Therefore, I need to propose a request for full waiver for registration fee if it is possible. Please accept my apologies for such a late request for a waiver. As I briefly described I was obliged to ask for such help.
